We had a lovely stay in Copenhagen. The hotel is in an excellent location. Warm venue with the necessary amenities, very good breakfast, but its main asset is the wonderful personnel which is both very helpful and friendly.
-
It was worth its 4 stars. The standard queen room had everything you need, a heating system, an individual safe and TV with satellite channels...
-
excellent place for 3 nights. we were given a standard single room on arrival, it was good sized. it's located in a shopping area, just walking distance from many landmarks of copenhagen. quality cuisine.

The hotel is located in a nice area. However it felt more like a 2 or 3 star hotel since it was lacking amenities you get with 4 and 5 star hotels. The restaurant only seemed to be open for breakfast. It was closed at 8pm when we wondered in from our day's travel and exploration. Getting a cup of tea or coffee to unwind meant you had to go in search of a cafe that was opened. The staff at the counter seemed young and inexperienced, and knowledge when we asked about parking. We got screwed when we were told it would cost more with them for a half day than to go elsewhere. Turned out to be the other way around.
I would stay here again, but this time it is with full knowledge of what they offer and don't offer.
Not a full service hotel as one would think of for a 4 or 5 star as we see in the United States. Every country has their version of hotel rankings. Always call in advanced to get details.

Good hotel, easy walking distance from a railway station. Tivoli gardens, shops etc. close by. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a full range of choices and plentiful.
An observation rather than a con - charges for the hospitality items in the room. Did feel the prices were quite expensive - although I would expect to pay for wine. However would hope to have in a four star hotel some biscuits/water included in room cost?

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the central train station and metro. Tivoli amusement park is only a 2 minute walk as is Radhuspladsen and the main shopping area (Stroget) is no more than a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is very clean and pleasant and the staff exceptionally friendly & helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.
-
The hotel is very well located. It was quiet and calm. The hotel staff was not visible. Breakfast was very good. We had a good view from the window. Our room was very cozy. It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport and go somewhere else on the train as near the central train station.
It was a little towel, but you probably had to ask.
-
Great atmosphere and very centrally located.
-
The location is excellent - few steps from City Hall, in Latin district, near Univercity library(very nice place). Good breakfast - in continental style, but food was very nice ( especially various sorts of cheese and fresh orange juice)
The bathrooom was not comfortable - very little room, instead of normal shower pallet - plastic curtain and hole in floor.
-
Location was excellent, very close to the subway station.
My room was quite small and boxy. And there was a lot of noise from the street. There was no minibar in the room for late night jetlag.
-
Way to much noise from leaky windows.
-
Good Location - got a quick check in - generally good staff
-
coninient location, friendly staff
-
if they rate it as 4 star hotel, I disagree. I have visited many 4 star hotels and some 5 star, never seen a 4 star hotel with hostel equipment i.e. fridge, kettles, food makin facilities in the room. Really expensinve for that small room. Could be and it is that kopenhagen is expensive too.
-
Location only.
When you read the name of the hotel you think it will be quite luxurious and somfortable but it's not.And I would not give four stars at all. Rather 3. The staff was really unpleasant.
